I am a very intelligent, highly educated, person. But I was bamboozled by the salesperson at Blissful Sleep into spending almost $7000 on mattresses at this store. He made a series of gross misrepresentations about the mattresses to me before the sale. Once I developed severe back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain after sleeping on the Posh+Lavish mattress (for the required 30 days), and wanted to return the mattresses, he would not honor his "comfort exchange" policy, without deducting the "value" of the "gifts" he had thrown into the sale. These were Gifts I had not asked for, but he had thrown in, in order to induce me to make the purchase. These so-called gifts were Blissful Sleep-brand foundation and pillows, that I am certain he would have deducted $1000 for them.
